Ya’ll might’ve heard this already, but we’re gonna tell you anyway. Sons of Liberty Gun Works has teamed up with none other than (your boy) Ambrosia Terrebonne to develop the Simple Jack Carbine.

We don’t always get excited about a so-called “signature” carbine, in fact, we rarely do, but there is something to be said for a smiling, special-needs rifle like this. 

We’re not sure what that is but we’re pretty sure there’s something. 

Who wore it better? The name Simple Jack is a double, maybe even a triple, entendre. Which is ironic since half you nasties reading – and more than half of our writers – don’t even know what the hell that means.

Simple Jack Carbine

Ambrosia Terrebonne (aka AT, *snap*) is a certified SME (Subject Matter Enthusiast) and pseudo-coastal quasi-Cajun hoodrat hunter from someplace really sweaty. He developed (well, conceptualized and specced out) the carbine in conjunction with SOLGW to provide a quality rifle with practical, affordable enhancements already aboard.

The Simple Jack is available exclusively at Interstate Guns and Big Tex Ordnance.

Sons of Liberty Gun Works agreed to help with the project presumably because, 1) it’s a good idea, and/or 2) AT has some sort of dirt on owner Mike Mihalski. Remember Big Dave in The Gentlemen? 

Regardless of the partnership’s dubious background (and possible blackmail), the “Simple Jack solution” sure appears a success. 

AT explains, “Picking out components to build a rifle ready for use can be overwhelming. I wanted to see a platform that focused on solving the ‘paralysis of analysis’ of what to choose when you are unsure if your needs and capabilities will change in the future.”

Given the list of features above, he and Sons of Liberty Gun Works appear to have gotten that done.
