KE Arms Releases New Pistol Comps

News Desk

There are many things we like about the Phoenix area, and not just República Empanada, either. There’s Scores (hey, they have a cigar lounge and prime rib), Monkey Depot, Cowtown Range — and KE Arms.

The latter company just released their own pistol comps: the two-port KE Arms Enhanced Compensator and the single top port Carry Comp. They advise the former will reduce muzzle flip by up to 40%; the latter will also provide such mitigation.

The compensators are built from 7075 Billet Aluminum, then Type III hardcoat anodized, and are machined to any 1/2-28 TPI barrel (this is great for Glock owners, but we’re not sure how it bodes for you guys packing Korriphilas). They’re available in two different thread lengths to accommodate a wide range of barrels, and are secured with two set screws.

The Enhanced Compensator/Short Threads (MSRP $79.95) can be found here.

SPECS

• 1.284 in. long x 1.005 in. Wide x 0.753 in. Tall

• 0.233 in. relief on back of Comp before threads start.

• 0.259 in. of threads

The Enhanced Compensator/Long Threads (MSRP $79.95) can be found here.

SPECS

• 1.535 in. long x 1.005 in. Wide x 0.753 in. Tall

• 0.233 in. relief on back of Comp before threads start.

• 0.510 in. of threads

The Carry Compensator/Short Threads (MSRP $69.96) can be found online here.

SPECS

• 0.886 in. long x 1.005 in. Wide x 0.753 in. Tall

• 0.233 in. relief on back of Comp before threads start.

• 0.259 in. of threads

Carry Compensator/Long Threads (MSRP $69.95) is on their website here.

SPECS

• 1.136 in. long x 1.005 in. Wide x 0.753 in. Tall

• 0.233 in. relief on back of Comp before threads start.

• 0.510 in. of threads

If you’re looking for a holster to accommodate a compensated pistol, KE Arms would like to suggest We Plead the Second, which can found online here (they’re also on Instagram, @wepleadthe2nd).

Whether you’re looking to build a “Stealth Special”, a “Roland Special”, or whatever the hell else you want to call your compensated handgun, this is a great option (as has been demonstrated repeatedly, and candidly, in 2-Gun Action and traditional 3-Gun matches).
