We like LaRue rifles a lot, though so far we haven't actually gotten any in our size (we're forced to watch our handlers and their friends shoot). That's actually a sentiment shared by our friend JL Bourne (also one of our favorite authors), who once said:

"Here’s what I do…I like the 5.45 caliber for training, so what I do is get a 5.45 upper and slap it on that polyer lower and that’s my training rifle…if you don’t want to spend fifty cents a round shooting 5.56, so I shoot Russian 5.45...for battle rifle work though, I go to my LaRue Tactical 7.62 OBR. Mark LaRue loves guns and loves the Constitution, so I gotta give him full thumbs."

Anyway, LaRue has got quite the celebrity lineup of guests scheduled for SHOT. You should check it out.  Chris Costa, Don Hobnett, Dakota Meyer, Richard Kilgore, Jack Bauer...just kidding, they didn't actually ask for Richard Kilgore, and Jack Bauer is imaginary. Try to keep up.
