It's Like Fobbits Under Fire Around Here
Hey all, just a quick update. We've been running around like Fobbits during a mortar attack trying to keep up with everything that's going on. We should be posting more frequently and will try to do better. So you know, though, we still continue to write for a number of other publications. We are going to try to start letting you, our wise and faithful readership, know when we do that. One thing we'll try to do is set up automatic Twitter and Facebook feeds. In the meantime, we continue to write about gear, games and industry events at a number of different places. Among those are Kit Up! over on Military.com, Soldier Systems Daily, Tactical Fanboy and the BOLO Report. Now, those places together reach a combined readership of nearly a million and a half page views per month. That's a lot of people benefiting from the combined wisdom of Swingin' Dick and Slim. Right now we're working on gear evaluation or just news updates from Legion Firearms (we've got one of their new LF-15Ds on the way), Force Multiplier USA (wait until you read about their Pop2Drop target system), BattleComp (now the 2.0 "Battle Compensator" is out, and it's bad ass) and TAD Gear (new Ranger hoodies are bad ass). We still owe you the write-up from Darrel Ralph Knives and War Sport Inc. (Kriss sub-guns and Corner-Shot...what's not to like?). Just give us time. Between doorkicking in a half dozen hostile locations overseas, rescuing Jack Bauer every other day, getting drunk with Dalton Fury, hunting zombies with JL Bourne and of course supporting single dancing moms with one dollar bills, we've had a hell of a time keeping up. Please be patient with us and stay tuned. We never expected this kind of thing to develop back when we were just simple (if heroic and bad ass) mascots for a Marine squad and a SWAT team.
Meantime watch for us or our handlers on Kit Up!, Tactical Fanboy, Soldier Systems, BOLO Report and Under the Radar. Here's some examples:

Oh, and if we get enough requests on Facebook, we'll tell you the story of Naughty Nikki, the first girl we ever met in our size. It involves snipers, a hot blonde, sewing needles, Mossy Oak camo and a lot of beer.
Out here. Stand by for further traffic.
